Stylish Destination Wedding Finca Son Togores Mallorca. I have wanted to shoot a wedding at Finca Son Togores for so long and finally a destination wedding planner Holly from Wonderlust Events gathered a dream team and make it happen for Julia and Matthew’s destination wedding in Mallorca, Spain.
I was amazed by this venue, built in 1891 and is incorporating classical and neo-baroque elements. The estate is placed at the foot of Tramontana mountains, at western side of the island, surrounded by fields of almond, carob and olive trees. I loved versatility of its spaces: the cloister, the stately rooms and the large, landscaped terraces, perfect for their guests to stay to celebrate love and life. Following the paved road, we pass the parking lot and arrive at the entrance square where the majestic building stands and the “clastra” that functions as a distribution space giving access to the stately rooms, the magnificent garden with the fountain and the rest of the rooms such as the kitchen, the tafona, the toilets and the music room. All this allows us to offer experiences to escape from the routine and at the same time fully connect with nature. Finca Son Togores is only 20 km away from the city of Palma, close to the port, the airport and small, picturesque towns such as Valldemossa, Deià, Soller and Esporlas. With so much to do, see, eat, and drink – no wonder this location has become incredibly popular for destination weddings. The couple invited around 60 of their guests for multiple days of spending time together. I just love the idea of a destination wedding weekend in Spain – a wedding definitely doesn’t need to be just a one day event.Why not plan a vacation for all your family and friends?

Getting ready at Mirabo de Valldemossa
The day started with getting ready at beautiful, boutique hotel Mirabo above the picturesque village of Valldemossa. The hotel’s origins date back to 1503 when finca Mirabó was an agricultural farm specialised in olive growing and processing. Generation by generation, the finca has been developed further and passed on within the family. Finally, in 2004, the transformation into a small boutique hotel took place and today, we are welcoming guests from all over the world to share the outstanding beauty of this piece of land. The interior design is classic, comfortable and cosy, the soft colours, natural stone walls and fine furniture reflect the Majorcan way of life perfectly.
